Are you ready to revolutionize the digital shopping experience for millions of Australians? We're seeking an innovative, data-driven marketing professional to spearhead our customer engagement initiatives at Amazon Australia. As a key member of our AU Customer Lifecycle Marketing Team, you'll lead multi-channel campaigns across Amazon's digital landscape, including our homepage, cross-site placements, email, push notifications, and custom landing pages.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives to drive customer cohort progression, engagement, adoption of new shopping behaviors and repeat purchasing
- Design and conduct experimental tests to uncover insights and inform future campaigns
- Build and manage campaigns that drive high-value actions (HVA), and repeat purchases, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends
- Utilize data analytics (e.g. dashboards, SQL or other analytical tools) to gain customer behavior insights, identify at-risk segments, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

- Partner with global teams to implement best practices and systems for AU programs
- Document best practices in execution and reporting that will serve as a model for partner teams

A day in the life
Your day might involve analyzing customer cohort data to identify opportunities, brainstorming creative campaign ideas with your team, setting up A/B tests for email subject lines, and presenting campaign results to stakeholders. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
