Amazon Ads Response Prediction team is a highly motivated, collaborative, and fun-loving team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action. We are seeking an experienced TPM who loves to innovate at the intersection of customer experience, deep learning, and high-scale machine-learning systems. This role will focus on driving the design and adoption of ML solutions to invent the best personalized shopping experiences on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM). As a Sr TPM, you will

* Define and deliver program to identify Data Quality risks, drive Data Governance efforts for Sponsored Products in WW marketplaces.
* Work with stakeholders including management, key departments, legal & compliance and various committees to ensure that the organization has and maintains appropriate controls on all integration points.
* Own the technology roadmap for broader set of systems, Manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives. Unblocks teams and increases the speed of delivery. Negotiates resources and priorities.
* Consistently bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions. You will assess risk, drive clarity, and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience on online recommendation, advertising, machine learning and/or personalization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
