Partner Programs Enablement Manager, AWS Public Sector Partner Programs
DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Programs Enablement Manager is an integral part of the Public Sector (PS) Partner Programs team and is in a key position to help grow our cloud computing business making an impact in an exciting, growing market. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of specific enablement and communication workstreams that help Public Sector Partners accelerate their AWS business. You will work cross-functionally with AWS partner teams to scope and build communication and enablement efforts that help solve partner and customer challenges. The ideal candidate is experienced in communications, enablement program development, cross functional relationships, management, reporting, training and communicating to a variety of audiences. You must have the ability and initiative to understand complex business needs and solve them with programs. You must be highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Create, manage, and lead successful execution of cross-functional partner program enablement workstreams supporting internal stakeholders working with Public Sector Partners;
• Develop and lead global partner program communication workstreams, aligning with AWS best practices and leveraging internal, cross-functional resources;
• Manage cross-functional relationships with leaders across PR and enablement teams, as well as centralized sales teams;
• Work closely with partner program owners to identify knowledge gaps, design and implement resources to drive successful business outcomes;
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and critical partner program communications;
• Develop and deliver key messaging to stakeholders regarding partner program guidelines and critical updates;
• Review and manage the existing partner program content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience for stakeholders, and drive awareness of resources through internal platforms;
• Develop project and workback plans to support delivery of communication and enablement workstreams, including content for global, Public Sector facing events;
• Lead and champion stakeholder feedback mechanisms;
• Lead impact evaluation of enablement and communication workstreams and assets, and leverage feedback mechanisms to inform a data-led strategy;
• Leverage strong writing and speaking skills to communicate to executive leadership and stakeholders through regular touch points (monthly business reviews, strategy narratives, document reviews, etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience (Enablement programs, Marketing, Communications, Business Development)
- Understanding and experience with Cloud Computing
- Experience working with Partner organizations
- Experience with work management platforms (eg. Smartsheet, Asana)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, other relevant advanced degree
- Global Public Sector experience
- Experience building or launching net new programs
- Experience with AWS technology
- Excellent communication skills including writing and presenting with accuracy and attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
