Amazon is excited to offer military service and police leavers the opportunity to launch into big careers with limitless possibilities. Studies show that veterans leave their first post-transition jobs at higher rates than their civilian counterparts. As such, searching for that post-transition role is as much about finding a company where you can picture yourself being successful as it is about finding the right role; we hope it will be with us, via Amazon's Corporate Military/Police Program.
We are looking for high performing, customer obsessed individuals looking for their first role after leaving the Armed Forces or the Police Force, to develop their skills and experience in our corporate e-commerce business, via a salaried program.
What is Amazon Retail?
We like to think of ourselves as Amazon Classic. We are the people behind the product selection made available to customers through Amazon's eCommerce business (e.g. the UK online store hosted on http://amazon.co.uk/).
We manage both the relationships with our EU brands and also our customers. Our customers experience our work when they are able to find the product they are looking for sold by Amazon Retail at a great price on our Amazon EU online stores. We push the eCommerce industry forward by continuously innovating on behalf of our customers!
Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. Amazon strives to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, Earth’s best employer, and Earth’s safest place to work.
