Growth Manager, Amazon Pay

It is also used by millions of merchants every day to provide their customers with a simple, safe, and reliable method to pay.
The successful Growth Manager will create and build growth levers for Amazon Pay products to enable adoption at scale. She/he will manage the fastest growing category of UPI payments to build preference and adoption for Amazon Pay UPI across merchant partner.
Key job responsibilities
The Growth Manager role is an independent role with critical growth marketing and strategy skills to do the following:
- Build and own GTM campaigns for Amazon Pay UPI across offline retailers and external ecommerce players , including all marketing touch points.
- Create program management approach across cross functional team to execute growth on selection, improvements in consumer experience, cross functional reporting and campaign pre-post execution tracking.
- Create differentiated proposition for identified customer cohorts across UPI use-cases on merchants through consumer connects and partnership led pilots and learning interventions
- Be responsible for growth levers with a ROI mindset to drive quarterly user-growth across external merchants and meticulously track partner level interventions.
- Coordinate within Amazon (offline and online businesses, rewards teams, finance, central marketing and the product teams)
A day in the life
- Review program/project performance metrics.
- Collaborate with merchant teams on new campaign/program launches.
- Review merchant success rate and create interventions with product-tech-merchant partners
- Create and run pilots to drive adoption across merchant(s)
About the team
Amazon Pay Growth team leads the charter to drive consumer adoption for various Amazon Pay Products ( Co-branded Credit cards, Amazon Pay Balance, Amazon Pay UPI , Amazon Pay later) by enabling consumers to experience and realize value in their everyday payments use-cases ( Scan QR, send-money , bill payments etc).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
