DESCRIPTION

Amazon MX Market Place team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on candidate to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will work with sellers to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while facilitating great business relationships with sellers to increase product selection.






Key job responsibilities
-You will be responsible for a segment of Market Place sellers of a specific category.
-You will work with sellers to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products, and interact directly with Amazon internal customers to deliver to their requirements and work directly with the Category team to ensure the overall health of the processes and priorities.
-Provide day-to-day support to vendors.
-Increase product selection

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Bachelor's Degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
