Employee Referral PM, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Insights
DESCRIPTION
The Sr Program Manager - Employee Referral will play a key, forward-looking role in rolling out programs related to the priorities, decisions, and growth of the Amazon Employee Referral program. Worldwide. The Sr Program Manager will be able to wrap their arms around data and be a strong story teller who can weave together insights to generate action. This is an exiting role that will look at building out the Employee Referral programs strategy moving forward.
In this role, you will have measurable long-term impact to the organization by delivering programs tied to the Referrals Domain. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Referrals Programs operations, which includes referrals submissions, eligibility checks, bonus payouts, queries via tickets system, referrals channels payments, policies, and stakeholder engagement.
Key job responsibilities
- Program managing the Employee Referral program: providing updates, change management, and communications.
- Overseeing ER Bonus creation for new country expansions and change requests
- Manage central resources (Referrals Domain (ReferralsDomain.WebHome)
- Maintaining the program wiki
- Partnering with agencies, legal and other stakeholders in order to to coordinate referral processes.
- Deep dive ad hoc investigation requests.
- Monitor ER Pay Defect Dashboard to ensure pay defect thresholds are met. Resolve policy violations and escalations.
- Own referral SIM intake process and resolve
- Monitor Referrals Dashboard for anomalies
- Participate in the creation of new processes SOP and other changes related to automations
- Support Global Expansions request
- Investigate and deliver a long term vision for the Employee Referral program
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
