Amazon Ads is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own the end-to-end production of the Brand Sponsorships program for the launch of our Prime Video Monday Night Hockey broadcasts. You will be responsible for delivering custom in-game brand integrations for global blue-chip advertisers, where you will serve as the single-threaded owner; collaborating with multiple internal and external teams—Sales, Production, Ad Policy, Design, Client/Agency POCs—you will be leading stakeholder engagement, creative ideation, campaign management, and project scheduling. From initial concepts to pitching to creative asset management to ad approvals to launch, you will wear multiple hats.

* Collaborating with Sales team on pitch decks and client presentations
* Ideating innovative and impactful creative concepts for multiple brands, across several ad verticals
* Partnering with Design team on ad unit development (video, static, animation, interactive)
* Managing entire workflow, including work-back scheduling, asset collection, ad approvals, and production hand-offs
* Working with 3P production vendors to develop original video/phot shoots
* Overseeing all talent negotiations, including fees, contracts, scheduling



About the team
Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an internal, international group within Amazon Ads that creates one-of-a-kind campaigns and activations for global advertisers. Using all of the different platforms within Amazon (i.e. Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video), we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon shoppers across our digital channels and out in the real world, connecting brands and customers in unexpected ways.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- * 7-10 years experience in Live Sports Broadcasting with a background in program management
- * Strong client relationship and presentation skills
- * Strong understanding of brand marketing and in-game ad formats (both standard and traditional)
- * Experience managing a team and/or senior project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- * Strong understanding of Live Sports production workflows
- * Strong understanding of both CTV and related ad CX, formats, delivery, and measurement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- * Creative conceptual thinker
- * Design acumen (familiarity with industry tools, such as Adobe CC)
- * Strong copywriting
