We are looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented performance marketing executive who will be instrumental in driving traffic & improving customer experience and engagement of our business. The marketing executive will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience in one or more product line(s). He/she will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive results such as conversions, leads, or revenue. Their role focuses on using data-driven strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) across various digital channels. He/she will report on performance and action plans to the management team; will propose, plan and execute new features and projects, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve goals. He/she will help to drive feature launches and site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, developers, designers, and peers across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
• Developing campaign Planning and Strategies for performance marketing campaigns and conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
• Setting campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets that align with overall business objectives.
• Managing daily operations of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta ads
• Ensuring effective audience targeting through demographic, interest-based, and behavior-based segments.
• A/B testing ad creative, copy, landing pages, and call-to-actions to improve campaign performance.
• Monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to understand the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Implementing data-driven optimization techniques, including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and retargeting.
• Own Amazon Pharmacy cashback program independently end to end. From identifying reward offers to creating new promotions and owning IC benchmarking exercise and tracking the adoption of these offers.
• Own customer engagement bucket and ensure that relevant target groups are identified based on customer Lifecyle and reach out to them via outbound channel - Email & app push.
• Creating detailed performance reports for management, showcasing campaign impact, ROI, and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Bachelor's degree
