Network Design Program Manager, MX Ops, Supply Chain

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Fulfillment Experience Supply Chain team. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. We expect the candidate have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
- Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network.
- Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network.
- Candidate will configure and plan a network of over 50 arcs.
- Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
