Key job responsibilities
Invoicing is a table-stakes feature for Amazon Business, for nearly all business customers but especially for Enterprise businesses who use invoicing as a formal request for payment, and a tool for reconciliation. Behind the scenes, the invoicing program runs across multiple cross-functional teams within Amazon Business, including product, technology and operations teams. This role of Program Manager will manage the 3P e-invoicing roadmap and collaboration across all partner teams. The Program Manager will also create the mechanisms needed to track goals and roadmap progress, and importantly, look around corners to identify and/or map key dependencies between partner teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Deep understanding of the invoicing product space, including the underlying customer need, pain points with the current customer experience and seller experience, as well as long term vision of the B2B Invoicing roadmap will be essential for this PM to deliver results. This is a high judgment role requiring Ownership, Bias for Action, and above all, Customer Obsession.
