DESCRIPTION

The Sports Marketing Post Production Specialist will coordinate and assist on all video deliverables (Trailers/TV Spots/Multi Title Sizzles, etc.) that are part of the overall marketing campaign of a title. This position reports to the Head of AV Production, Sports Marketing and will work closely with the AV Producers for Sports to ensure that each element of a video project is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible. The Post Production Specialist will be highly organized with a keen focus on minute details and a strong multi-tasking capacity. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and out-of-house departments/individuals, including asset management, content security, agencies, vendors, etc. The Post Production Specialist must possess experience in the post production space. This includes a basic understanding of multiple production and post production pipelines. The Post Production Specialist will dynamically support & execute the assigned title’s digital needs, distributing creative materials to league partners & vendors.

Key job responsibilities
• Support AV Producers by pulling footage needed for all AV assets, trailers and sizzle reels.
• Organizes and maintains AV asset hub and library of pulls for future usage.
• Fluent in AV formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of post-production, asset management, servicing, and trafficking.
• Coordinate access permissions for production storage & highly sensitive materials; Transcoded, edited, & watermarked video files; Manage migration of digital assets from production storage to studio archive.
• Create reference packages with creative materials for League Partner s/talent/PR/licensing etc to review.
• Effectively manage archive of digital assets through metadata entry such as formatting & entering metadata.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Creative Production, Asset management, AV producers, PR, etc. on footage to be trafficked to external post vendors, dubbing studios, agencies and sports leagues.
• Coordinate with studio asset management, studio post, Live Ops and the NFL for footage request transfers to vendors. This includes acting as the lead coordinator with Studio Post team to make asset requests.
• Set up vendor share folders and loading materials in box as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing or equivalent work experience • 3+ years' relevant experience at a creative agency, network or studio as a Production Assistant or Associate Producer. • Working knowledge of the Iconik, Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, Aspera, and BOX. • Prior experience with image production, transfer protocols, digital asset management and publishing content for web.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of Marketing Production or Live Production Experience in sports. • Wide knowledge of all sports- with emphasis on NFL, NBA and NASCAR. Understanding of post-production workflows and storage needs. Knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or editorial house. • Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload. • Basic understanding of AV specs and file formats. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in an environment with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
