DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee development of fresh branding, positioning, and a marketing plan, and partner in the execution of a new go-to-market strategy as we enter the next phase of our product and business evolution at Amazon. The ideal candidate will have SaaS marketing experience, including designing innovative campaigns and managing multi-functional marketing teams. This candidate has a demonstrable track record of success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, creative advertising materials, paid and owned media, social and digital, CRM, and analytics.

Key job responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of new enterprise SaaS marketing strategy
* Drive the development and execution of new downstream digital marketing strategy
* Manage development of new branding and positioning
* Collaborate with our data team to design customer segmentation and analytics platforms
* Manage our marketing budget and track KPIs
* Compile comprehensive pre-launch and post-mortem reports
* Develop clear communication systems for internal and external stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience owning and executive against marketing strategies that drive growth
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience marketing technical SaaS products
- Experience writing professional business documents and proposals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of relevant leadership experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience developing creative
- Product marketing experience
- Enterprise SaaS marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Media industry experience
- Familiarity with content marketing
- Passion for podcasting and the media industry in general with an understanding of emerging trends and innovations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
