Do you want to play a key role in Amazon’s plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team.
Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstar product/programme manager who will help to support our partners by optimizing their business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects, looking for new solutions in in ambiguous spaces.
You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver when facing blockers. You also need to have automation and streamlining front of mind as we optimise the way our partners manage their catalogue, selection, pricing and availability and ensure seamless integration.
Results will be highly tangible.

Key job responsibilities
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
• Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the box thinking.
• Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
• Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• >3 years experience in program/product management
• Experience owning/driving roadmaps
• Strong Excel skills
• English C1 or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in FMCG or supply chain
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• German language fluency
• Other European language ability
• SQL skills
