External Job Title: Lead Central Program Manager
Job Summary:
Amazon Seller Services seeks a collaborative and adaptable Program Manager to scale up the Lead Central initiative. This role will focus on identifying and sourcing high-value seller leads for Amazon.in, improving sales team productivity, and launching customer-desired brands. The successful candidate will develop program roadmaps, manage KPIs, and drive engagement with external partners and senior leadership.
Key Job Responsibilities: • Identify and implement strategies to generate high-value leads for sales teams • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale lead generation • Scout, negotiate and own lead sourcing infrastructure including generation to payout management • Ensure lead quality through regular audits and adherence to standards • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve lead consumption and conversion • Analyze data and track key program interventions for continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience • Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers • MBA with 1-2 years of work experience • Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas • Track record of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Experience collaborating with external partner teams on program objectives
About the Team: The Lead Central team is part of Amazon Seller Services. It is a product & program initiative to provide quality seller/partner leads to the sales teams to improve their productivity and launch desirable brands/sellers on A.in. The team assists in operationalizing lead processing, contact enrichment and vetting intent signals to augment sales productivity as well as make amazon.in the preferred destination for sellers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- MBA with 1-2 years of work experience

- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
