Global Logistics Analyst, Global Mile

The Global Mile team is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the Drayage Carrier Management Team. They will partner closely with teams in Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Fulfillment Centers, Drayage Carriers, and Shipment Planning Systems to help support daily operational execution KPI's as well as ancillary projects that support the wider business. Key job responsibilities
- Conduct data entries and analysis per request
- Manage shipment tracking, defect analysis, and exception management
- Perform data quality check for assigned inbound & outbound flows
- Support daily/weekly KPI analysis
- Collaborate with service providers to solve shipment delivery issues
- Collaborate with origin & destination teams
- Conduct/own business reviews as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $74,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
