Administrative Assistant, Insights, Planning, Analytics, and Technology (IPAT)
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone to join the Administrative Support team in the VP of the Insights, Planning, Analytics, and Technology (IPAT) team
The IPAT team is a part of Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance. The candidate we seek is ready to work in a fast-paced and exciting organization. You must be detail oriented, organized, a problem solver, and unafraid of a challenge. Confidentiality is vital for this role as is the ability to manage multiple assignments at any given time.
A successful candidate will have have the ability to meet tight deadlines and have superior attention to detail. In this role you must have able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments or tasks at any given time.
This role will be based in Seattle, in-person 5 days a week.
Key job responsibilities
Assist with onsite printing
Manage document repository, Wikis, SharePoint sites, email lists, and supply ordering
Maintain schedules, plan events, coordinate meetings, and trainings
Schedule travel arrangements which include: airfare, ground transportation, and hotel as needed
Manage expense reports for VP
Run work-related errands as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Are 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Superior Attention to detail and ability to meet right deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
