We are seeking a brand marketer to join our team and lead operations and strategy for our Enterprise Marketing organization. In this role, you will dive deeply into data and results to best help shape and recommend our areas of focus and investment moving forward, while also unearthing efficiencies and opportunities for expansion in forward looking plans. You will provide business-critical insights using analytics, and partner closely with our measurement team to ensure that our metrics are streamlined and reporting on the most important results to best understand impact of our investment and ROI on our initiatives globally. The ability to not only collect data but also to translate it into actionable recommendations is essential. You will also be responsible for finding operational efficiencies across a global team of marketers and to map out cross-functional alignment for goals and execution against marketing plans. This role will bridge the gap between the setting organizational priorities and developing actionable marketing plans to execute against them. This role will work cross-functionally and most closely with our measurement team, finance partners, and brand marketers across roles.


Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of key decisions and alignment towards annual goals
- Developing mechanisms to reduce churn and automate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Defining key metrics for tracking performance. Will lead analysis and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. Will build mechanisms for communication of key findings to leadership and marketing managers across the team.
- Delivering data-driven strategic narratives to influence leadership for alignment around recommended strategies. Determine actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.
- Managing the annual planning process to support team operations, including budget and headcount

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements for the business
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Ability to translate quantitative results into qualitative strategic recommendations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy based on insights that drive impactful marketing initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Cross-functional experience across Marketing, Training, Research, Measurement, Finance, and Sales
- Ability to make ruthless prioritization decisions to allocate limited resources to high impact initiatives
- Entrepreneurial spirit/ability to try different things in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction
- Fanatical attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
