We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

We aim to create a friction-free self-service delivery experience that meets the needs of all studio partners regardless of size, budget, location, language, or technical capability. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, Product Management, or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating complex program development cycles
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
- Experience using Excel, in addition to Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management or Product Management with large global organizations
- Experience learning unfamiliar systems and tools and quickly developing expertise
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
- Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, including standard formulas and data visualization
- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Master’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
