Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. The Multi-Channel Fulfillment Org (MCF) will build on that foundation and continue to innovate the warehousing and delivery to enable Merchants of all sizes to scale their supply chains.

The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and will own bridging alignment across internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for drafting business plans to obtain resource investment across sales, ops, tech or other partner teams. They also must demonstrate success in exceeding business targets, using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required. Experience managing/selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired.

The candidate is able to negotiate commercial terms, technical in nature, data-driven, clear communicator (both written and verbal), organized, and have an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about success and winning. Key job responsibilities
Program Management:
- Manage commercial negotiation, full go-to-market plans, impact product teams to reflect the merchant’s needs, identify opportunities and goals for each partner and coordinate with the extended teams to deliver results.
- Define success criteria and communicate the needs of your partners and their customers.
- Write crisp strategy and execution documents for a varied audience, including leadership and partner teams.

Sales Process Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights to refine and optimize sales workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision making. Identify patterns and anomalies in sales data, translating findings into strategic recommendations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Mandarin.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, use data and metrics to back up assumptions and derive business cases.
