TA Process Excellence Manager, EMEA Stores TA, ASSET

We are looking for a TA Process Excellence Manager to be a part of our Program Management team based in Barcelona, Spain. The TA Process Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across EMEA Stores TA organization’s recruitment processes. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment workflows, enhancing process efficiency, and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve best-in-class hiring outcomes. The TA Process Excellence Manager works closely with Recruitment, PXT and Onboarding partner teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive recruitment process excellence program, including the establishment of key performance indicators, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment workflows and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization. Identify defects and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Drive the creation of role based Standard Work practices and quality initiatives specific to the needs of the business teams and regions to meet and exceed TA goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to map out existing recruitment workflows and design streamlined, efficient processes.
Implement process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, to drive quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in recruitment.
Drive tactical execution of key initiatives building and managing the road map to achieve short-term & long-term recruiting process excellence.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for the recruitment team, providing guidance on process optimization and change management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, or PMP
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices related to hiring and talent acquisition
