Site Procurement Operations Spend Team (SPO ST) is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to help drive this team to the next level. The Supply Chain Program Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of insights enabling the Team visibility and efficient use of data to drive breakthrough performance in cost savings, spend penetration, and metrics. In this role you will create, build, manage and own the team’s tools and processes enabling performance monitoring and reporting, improve on standard work, and communication to all customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include collection of business requirements from internal and external customers, collaboration across business partners within Category Procurement and GPSS. Interact with multiple stakeholders and teams across the Amazon and Amazon's suppliers. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You will develop insights into systems, processes, and critical data elements to ensure the team reaches its strategic goals.

Responsibilities
· End-to-end creation and ownership of tools and processes, including business reviews and metrics-related programs; goal setting, tracking and reporting; MBR and QBR reporting.
· Define analytical approach and metrics strategy for the team
· Work with suppliers’ program management to build and deliver consolidated analytics capabilities
· Tracking lessons learned and the team business goals into measurable performance KPIs
· Build new business intelligence mechanism and utilize existing tools to report on performance KPIs
· Key focus on program management activities including planning, sourcing, risk management, reporting, and cost reduction
· Establish relationships with customers and stakeholders to allow better project tracking at the customer level
· Engage with the external technical and business community

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Travel up to 10% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
