Key job responsibilities
• Maintain and follow strict con4fidentiality guidelines
• Work with a wide range of different types of data including but not limited to text, audio, speech, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labelled data, utilizing in-house tools, software and guidelines to meet our Key Performance Indicators with a commitment to foster the safe, responsible, and effective development of AI technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, generating factually and grammatically accurate responses, ranking responses, creating grammatically correct text, and annotating images and videos
• Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking capabilities while evaluating different forms of data and making decisions.
• Logical decision making while preforming tasks that may include ambiguous information
• Be agile to transition to diverse labelling workflows while paying close attention to details
• Demonstrate expertise in handling end-to-end data execution process related to labelling the tasks and be less dependent on work instructions
• Contribute to root cause analysis, identify error patterns and identify solutions to improve quality of labelling tasks
• Highlight process challenges in SOP, tools and suggest changes as required
• Demonstrate high judgement to balance process adherence and take ownership to analyze and provide resolutions

A day in the life
We are looking for a ML Data Associate (MLDA) to undertake the task of foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, video, image data to assess and improve our AI model’s performance in everyday situations. Your adaptability, focus, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment must be unparalleled, with a commitment to foster the safe, responsible, and effective development of AI technologies. About the team
You’ll work with a team that provides data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train AI models. We work closely with Machine Learning (ML) Science and Modelling teams, providing the critical data they need to improve the company’s speech, audio and visual recognition and language understanding capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree in any field of study
• 0-2 years of work experience with demonstrated task execution ability
• Ability to effectively research, comprehend and evaluate diverse subject matter across various domains
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research purposes
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
• A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential

This will be 100% onsite role which may require flexibility in work schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Exposure to US culture, prior experience in Machine learning domain will be an added advantage
• Willingness to multi-task
• Excellent computer skills with good typing speed (> 50 wpm and above)
• Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension at minimum B2 level in the CEFR framework
