Amazon Shipping- India a.k.a IN SWA is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager with a operations management experience. The candidate will own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for IN SWA in AMZL and ATS space. Robust understanding of warehouse and lastmile operations including under-the-roof processes, exception workflow, capacity planning , quality- control and long term roadmap will help develop new innovations. This role will play a critical role bench marking and standardizing SWA process flows with its competitors (ICs) and A.in. It requires a high-level of ownership over the end-to-end process, the ability to think outside of the box, willingness to disrupt the current processes to create a new process, the ability to design sustainable solutions and influence stakeholders. This role requires ability to manage cross functional stakeholders & gather the required support to deliver specific objective in delivering high bar performance across the network. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

• Monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to the management team.
• Work closely with the operations team to develop strategic plans and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportations operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
· Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications
· Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
· Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems.
· Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services etc.,

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
