DESCRIPTION

Modify by Amazon Merch on Demand is a recently launched service that allows customers to easily upload a design (e.g., a family photo, team logo, etc.) and print 1 or 100 t-shirts, hoodies, or other apparel products at sharp prices with Prime shipping speeds. The Traffic Program Manager will own developing Modify's 3-year traffic vision, presenting to senior leadership, and then building out the program. Ultimately, driving Modify's traffic strategies on and off Amazon.com to raise customer awareness of the program.

This role will be focused on coordinating Merch on Demand's efforts to raise awareness of the new program. The program manager will own Modify's overall traffic strategy, focused on ways of leveraging existing Amazon resources to raise awareness of the program.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and own the overall traffic plan for Modify
• Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of new customers.
• Partner with product and tech to drive customer-centric product improvements and influence new feature introduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
