Amazon Global Selling CN online marketing team in continuously supporting overall Amazon Global Selling CN prospective selling partners’ acquisition and existing selling partners’ education, as well as branding awareness enhancement. We are seeking dynamic Marketing talent to drive our business success on mobile channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance the mobile experience for our customers. This role will play a crucial part in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative mobile marketing initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
• Formulate a comprehensive mobile channel strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
• Plan and optimize mobile marketing campaigns across various channels, including app stores, social media, programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Leverage data-driven insights and consumer behavior analysis to create targeted and personalized mobile campaigns.
• Develop strategies to acquire new users through effective mobile app acquisition campaigns.
• Design tactics to enhance user engagement, retention, and loyalty on our mobile platforms.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mobile marketing efforts.
• Analyze data from analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage and optimize the mobile marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduate between November 2024 and July 2025
• Proven experience in mobile marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in mobile marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Adobe, App Store Connect).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree a plus
• Passion for mobile technology and a deep understanding of mobile user experiences.
