The Amazon Global Selling team is looking for ambitious graduates to join. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to turn data into insights to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will have ownership of analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision making. You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team. Above all, you should be passionate about how insights can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller experience of selling across borders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Proficiency in English is strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills with team work spirits
- Experience with SQL or equivalent data analytical tools
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly pick up the relevant system tools
- Self-starter with strong learning capabilities, capable to work well under high pressure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Master in data processing, automation and optimization, experience in scripting (e.g. Python) and data visualization
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
