Amazon miniTV is seeking an experienced, dynamic content program executive to Program manage miniTV content line-up. The candidate should be well connected within the Media and Entertainment industry and have significant experience and strong understanding of content operations and related processes. The candidate should be able understand in detail various stages of content creation. He/she should be able to emphatically represent content readiness to multiple stake-holders (marketing, ad sales, business finance).

The candidate will have to work closely with the internal as well as external stakeholders and leverage their learning/expertise.

The candidate should be able to -
- Manage title schedules and communicate key dates to stakeholders
- Partner with content acquisition managers throughout the deal negotiation process and ensure efficiency in the overall process
- Work Cross Functionally with 3P Content onboarding, marketing, programming to plan and execute the programming calendar for acquired content
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and scale processes
- Managing shows content workflow from pitch to sub/dub localization and finally publishing on our service through various review mechanisms, involving cross functional teams like marketing, programming, PR, Legal and Business Affairs
- Run the overall team project status and pipeline for (i) updates to key leadership and (ii) with the goal of improving TAT, reducing slippages and (iii) creating operational efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Graduate degree in Film: A proven track record of developing successful movies or series either as an independent consultant / producer, or in a studio or as part of a customer-facing media company.
- Strong understanding of break-up of production costs and ability to negotiate.
- Strong interest and knowledge about content – movies & TV
- 7+ years of experience in content creation / production
- Proven ability in identifying trends in consumer content preferences, analyzing viewership data and high pressure environments
- Excellent relationship management, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment - Strong working relationships with Indian creative community.

- Ability to plan ahead and maintain complex trackers
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
