Marketing Specialist

Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.
Key job responsibilities
For this Marketing role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for AGL marketing and also focus on content marketing covering CN based sellers while provide support other marketing activities. The detailed responsibilities are:
• Media and Channels managements: execute the marketing channels to support AGL marketing leads generation
• Content creation and management: create and maintain diverse marketing contents to serve different level of marketing communication needs including flyers, EDM, LP, pitch deck, PPT, post etc
• Marketing campaigns and events: work with marketing manager to execute and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to support seller awareness and leads generation for AGL including:
• E-mail marketing for CN based sellers for e-mail content edit and marketing for batch sellers.
• LB campaign for CN based sellers for LB design, seller invitation, LB result tracking.
• SODs: work with marketing manager for seller open day design, seller invitation, organization, and result tracking
• Seller conference and events: work with marketing manager for event planning and design, seller invitation, organization, and result tracking
• PR campaigns if need
• Marketing materials and Souvenirs deliverable and management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in 2025, currently working towards a Bachelors or higher degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar fields is preferred.
• Experience in content marketing including content creation, design and innovation.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with proven ability to effectively manage and communicate with external sellers and internal teams to meet marketing goals.
• Experience of analyzing data and communicating with precise but clear story-line document writing.
• Data-oriented and process-driven mindset.
• Open mindset and being able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities in multi-cultural environment. Being able to work under pressure and aggressive timelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experiences with Amazon and/or world-class e-commerce company(s) in marketing internship jobs.
