AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Amazon Web Services came to China in 2013, and has been relentlessly investing and expanding our infrastructure and business since then. Amazon Web Services launched its China (Beijing) Region (operated by Sinnet) in September 2016 and its China (Ningxia) Region (operated by NWCD) in December 2017. In 2019, Amazon Web Services added a new region in Hong Kong, making China the only country with three Amazon Web Services regions aside from the U.S. In 2022, Amazon Web Services launched Local Zone in Taipei. Amazon Web Services has also established an AI lab in Shanghai and two IoT labs in Shenzhen and Taipei. The Amazon Web Services Partner Network has thousands of Partners in China. The AWS Greater China Global Account Team is seeking an organized, action-oriented, and experienced Business Specialist/Executive to support the Global to China (G2C) initiative in host Region. Strong leadership skills are key, with proven verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, and lead through influence. You will lead collaboration with sales, marketing, partner and technical teams to deliver outstanding operational execution. You will work with stakeholders and multiple account teams in host region to promote G2C landing program and AWS China Region, support pipeline/opportunities at qualifying stage, track and achieve operational goals, and plan team activities. You will be a face and voice for the China Global Account team in Host Region and ensure all stakeholders are aware of successes, risks, and status. You will tailor your communications to specific audiences and communicate clearly and concisely to both business and technical audiences up to customer executive level. You will:

· Lead Global to China customer business plan to target Enterprise customer in respective host country/region and influence customer’s China strategy
· Lead Business Case development for partners and customers
· Support host region China region pipeline building, in region account/opportunity coverage and plans to support key deliverables
· Continuously monitor key metrics on coverage and work with China account team to drive success adoption of AWS china region service
· Plan and coordinate G2C workshop including facilitation and action item management
· Partner with host country leaders and China Global account team to develop overseas customer Executive Briefing Center & immersion days
· Design programs to support China global account team to influence GAM & foreign Multinational corporations to go to China

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and drive team program/campaign delivery, execution, and adoption across multiple organizations and teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs
- Manage communication and feedback with internal and external key stakeholders, collect events/program feedback and business requirements, and also deliver progress in time
- Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
- Build and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility
- Align and leverage internal teams and resources to implement strategic partnerships
- Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) for area of responsibility
- Coordinate annual planning and other adhoc planning cycles
- Own goals/performance reporting and data integrity (Salesforce, other Tools as needed)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
