Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Amazon Ads

Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to work with the Amazon Business leaders to define, build and execute against our strategic priorities. This role will co-own the revenue goals for the team by continuously looking for means to improve the overall advertiser experience. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales enablement in a large organization, with the ability to map technical requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish the vision for advertising servicing team (account managers & operations) and prioritize programs that directly improves servicing experience for advertisers, seeing them through from start to finish
• Design and implement workflows that empower account management and operations teams to deliver better value to advertisers
• Identify gaps and opportunities in current processes, scope out requirements and influence product and tech charter (IN & WW) . Own GTM and adoption goals for solutions rolled out.
• Act as a single threaded owner for resolving any AX/CX breakages across account management and operations tools and process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree, or MBA in business/operations
• 4+ years of program management experience driving process improvements for marketing/institutional sales teams
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
• Proven experience in building programs along with strong business-process design experience
• Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision that can scale quickly
