Senior Product Manager, EU Consumables Customer Experience

Do you want to shape and invent features that make shopping on Amazon more efficient and enjoyable for customers? Then come join the EU Consumables Customer Experience team!
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will lead efforts to shape, define, and develop new CX features that make Amazon the destination of shopping Everyday Essentials. You will work directly with Engineering, UX, and across product families to deliver the best experiences for customers.
The ideal candidate will have Product Management experience, specifically in launching front-end customer features. Additionally, you should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
Key job responsibilities
- Define a clear vision and roadmap for CX features in coordination with our tech partners.
- Partner and influence cross functionally to drive innovative features that are meaningful and impactful to customers.
- Assess benefit and impact of new features and deliver without compromising long-term thinking.
- Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis, as well as business rationale to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships, including work prioritization, planning, and delivery.
- Strong bias for action with an ability to iterate and operate in a fast-paced environment.
About the team
Our vision is to make Amazon the most convenient place to shop Everyday Essentials, saving customers time, money, and effort by removing friction that inhibits basket building. We partner directly with US Consumables and across EU Stores Product Families on a shared vision and roadmap and think both globally and locally. We obsess over customers, and prioritize features that are both durable and scalable.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
