SCOT procures and receives billions of units each year from tens of thousands of suppliers worldwide which enables us to offer the world’s widest selection. As we expand to new markets and transform our supply chain worldwide it is critical we have compliance policies and performance programs in place to reduce supply chain defects, minimize costs and improve promise for our customers. We are seeking a bright and driven leader to help drive and build on this strategic vision.

Key job responsibilities
In this role you will work closely with stakeholders, software engineers and product teams to deliver high quality, scalable products deployed around the world. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to identify appropriate resources needed, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones, and transform functional and non-functional requirements into a technical proposal. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities.

We seek a passionate, results-oriented and inventive individual to be part of a broader technical team building software systems using mathematical modeling, simulations and data analytics. Successful candidates are strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and have a consistent track record of delivery. You should be willing to understand and experiment with various optimization techniques to build innovative software solutions while working with supply chain business partners in delivering a viable solution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
