DESCRIPTION

- Recruiting Sellers and managing Seller relationship by championing their needs at Amazon
- Coach sellers on improving the delivery experience for the customers
- Facilitate onboarding of sellers onto different levers and programs and encourage sellers to add more selection
- Monitor sellers’ performance closely to understand the gaps if there are any and help the seller to improve the visibility of the shipping to the customers

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to build their career with our Existing Seller/Customer Management team. To join our team you have to:

- Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
- Identify root causes of customer/carrier problems and drive resolution instantly
- Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes
- Able to work independently with minimal support
- Know how to work with MS Office tools like Excel, Word and be able to fetch data using existing SQL Queries


Key job responsibilities
- Be able to speak native like German Language
- Inclined to work in a calling role
- Be able to convince the prospect in their mother tongue i.e. German

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in German Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferable in Sales/account management)
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
- Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
