About the team
Alexa Customer Journeys (ACJ) inspires customers with delightful, tailored experiences to discover all the ways Banyan can assist them in their daily life. We develop scalable primitives (e.g., Jobs to be Done repository) and CXs (e.g., First time User Experience) across channels on Alexa endpoints (Multimodal, Headless, Alexa App, Alexa.com) partnering with Alexa Proactive Experiences (APEX) to recommend the most relevant Banyan use cases to customers at the most opportune time and place - with appropriate guardrails to nurture curiosity and prevent frustration. As customers try more things and experience more value from Banyan, Banyan becomes indispensable in their lives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
