Senior Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust Policy

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Ad Policy Manager with excellent analytical abilities, and strong ownership and organizational skills, to join Advertising Trust Policy.

In this role, you will build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team’s work across the world. You will continuously advocate for our customers by resolving ad policy escalations; demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity. You will deliver internal training and ensure that training materials are up to date and localized. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analysis and reporting activities. You will build new policies, refine existing polices and develop policy standards.

Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years’ experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field
· 5+ years’ program or project management experience
· 3+ years’ experience working with engineering teams

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.
· Proven experience driving engineering projects.
· Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis.
· Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position.
· Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
