Transportation Specialist, Amazon Freight, IN
DESCRIPTION
At Amazon Freight, we are externalizing our line haul services for businesses to cater to both inbound volumes to Amazon Fulfilment Centers and off-Amazon volumes.
We're seeking a Transportation specialist for our team. In this role you will be responsible for solving carrier & shipper performance, pain points w.r.t disputes, payments.
You are the ideal candidate if:

About the team
Amazon Freight is an entrepreneurial business where we externalise Amazon line haul services to cater to vendor inbound volumes in our FCs and off-Amazon volume within shipper warehouses in India. We aim to scale to become a trusted, innovative and established line haul service partner in India, built on Amazon’s world-class logistics network, delivery experience and customer service. We partner with retailers of all sizes to simplify their operations, lower their cost, and unlock more sales.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- - Bachelor's degree required. BE or Bachelors in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics is preferred.
- - Proficient with SQL, Excel
- - Familiarity with Python
- - 2- 3 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- - Strong problem solving skills
- - Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus
- - Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- - Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through
- - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
