Amazon is hiring New Account Managers who are self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamic fast paced 360 sales cycle environment.

Today, more than 60% of the items sold in Amazon’s stores globally are from independent sellers — most of which are small and medium-sized businesses — providing a vast selection of products, competitive prices, and great convenience for shoppers.

As an account manager you will recruit and launch online sellers on Amazon's Marketplace and help them expand and grow their businesses by partnering with Amazon. You are responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across selected product families. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, you will have full responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives.

Self-Service Recruitment team
Self-Service Recruitment is where sellers sign up on Amazon Marketplace to sell their products. Sellers can manage their own e-commerce business on the Amazon website, including the ability promote, price, place and fulfill. Your role will be focused on contributing to prospecting phone/email-based and helping to unblock partners who are using our self-service registration process.
You will also build relationship with sellers continuously – supporting and helping them grow their business. In addition to account management, you will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the sellers into new opportunities to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems and tools.

Account management, Marketing
Are you motivated to improve Amazon sellers’ capabilities through marketing tools? Are you passionate about creating new processes?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of seller accounts, and drive success through marketing tools. You will analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplace

Deals/Promotions projects
Promotions are a key part of the Amazon flywheel: they bring excitement and value to customers and are a powerful lever for our Selling Partners (SPs) to increase traffic and conversion for their selection.
In this role, you will responsible for the planning and delivery of Deals and CX program initiatives including new customer facing features, promotion unification, and driving stakeholder alignment on investments and business requirements related this work. You will work closely with internal partners from different Amazon organizations including Events, Promotions, Category, Marketplace and other teams.

Key job responsibilities
Build your own pipeline of opportunities, identifying high sales potential Selling Partners
Manage numerous business opportunities concurrently
Develop long-term relationships with sellers, support them in the integration of their offers and develop ambitious goals for future growth prospects.
Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon’s third-party business in selected categories
Identify opportunities to improve the business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions
Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth
Work closely with teams to identify growth opportunities
Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and being the first point of contact with prospective partners
- Experience with sales and stakeholder management
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Analytical and strategic skills including advanced Microsoft Excel
- Creative, has initiative, and can constructively advocate on behalf of the customer
