EU 3P Premium Beauty (3PP) is an invite only paid service with the vision to build an elevated premium beauty shopping experience, aimed at increasing premium selection through the launch of Top Holdout Premium Beauty brands. We aim to be the desired partner for these brands by delivering higher growth, ease SP pain-points and maintain a high SPX.
What is the role of a Process Specialist Lead?
As a Process Specialist Lead you are an essential part of innovating & transforming processes. You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new tech processes for our 3PP customers. You’ll also oversee processes that are already running and find ways to improve them by leveraging technology. This is your opportunity to have a big impact on i) productivity of MCs, ii) improve value for our sellers and iii) enhance the overall efficiency of the program.
Key job responsibilities
- You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the automation team.
- You collaborate with the 3P Premium Beauty team to introduce new processes and reports, improving productivity by making existing processes more efficient and scalable by automating them.
- To enhance MC productivity and efficiency, you guide Automation & AI teams to implement the solutions using SQL, Python or AI Technologies such as ML/LLM models.
- You establish goals aligned with business objectives and consistently report on goal progress.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
