About Transcend Egypt
Amazon Transcend encourages students to innovate, elevate, and transform on behalf of Amazon Operations. The Transcend challenge is open to third- and fourth-year students pursuing bachelor’s degrees at certain universities. Participating teams will get an opportunity to solve real challenges, improving customer experience and contributing to Amazon’s growth. The winning team will be offered an opportunity to participate in an accelerated internship recruitment process.
Attend a campus road show
Transcend 2024 will launch with an in-person roadshow at each campus. Senior Amazon leaders will share a bit about Amazon’s peculiar culture and what makes Amazon successful. They’ll introduce the challenge themes of ‘Innovate, Elevate, and Transform.’ Seasoned Amazonians will also talk about their journeys through the company and share tips and tricks to nail the challenge.
The launch event is open to third- and fourth-year undergraduates. Upon launch, students will be required to form teams in line with challenge guidelines.

Time to assemble your dream team and dive into the action! Students will form a team of three to four members. Now, here’s where it gets interesting: Crown one of your comrades the leader—the captain of this epic adventure. They’ll be the mastermind behind the curtain, orchestrating and finalizing required details for the entire squad through the designated registration portal. So, gather yourselves, choose your partners, and deliver results.

Grand finale
It’s showtime! Finalists will unleash their brilliance in front of the jury of Amazon senior leaders.
The final presentations will be 20 minutes per team—10 minutes for presenting and 10 minutes for Q&A.
This isn’t just a presentation; it’s your chance to own the spotlight, leave your mark, and make Amazon leaders take notice of your brilliance.

Guidelines
- Each team must have a minimum of three members and a maximum of four.
- Each team has members from the same university.
- One participant cannot be a member of more than one team.
- Students from different years of graduation are eligible to form a team.
- Cross-specialization teams can participate.
- Any deviation from the guidelines will lead to the disqualification of the entire team from the challenge.
- All registrations, participation, and submissions must comply with the full Amazon Transcend terms and conditions.
