Senior Finance Manager, Sponsored Brands

Sponsored Brands Advertising is one of the fastest growing and highest visibility segments at Amazon. The Senior Finance Manager and their team works closely with worldwide business and finance stakeholders within Amazon Advertising and across the Consumer organization. The role is a strategic partner to Sponsored Brands leadership, providing insights and analysis to influence decision making and resource allocations, all while helping deliver long-term financial commitments.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Manager leading the Sponsored Brands finance organization, you will be a key member of the Sponsored Brands advertising leadership team. You will work side by side with business and finance leaders to develop business strategies, financial models and analytical insights that influence business decisions. As a key finance partner, you will have the opportunity to work with large advertising data sets to influence the long-term evolution of our products and develop insights into various aspects of our business. A day in the life
Sponsored Brands Finance provides both controllership and mechanism management (Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Financial Reviews, Goals, Planning, etc.), along with providing business insights and analytics (deep dives, variance analysis, Finance-driven free cash flow goals, etc).
QUALIFICAÇÕES BÁSICAS
- 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools experience
- 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 8+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERÍVEIS
- 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
- 8+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $227,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
