We are searching for a Senior Site Leader to help build and launch the Europe site for the Prime Video Global Operations.

Given the accelerated growth and strategic positioning of the Europe site, the leader must possess effective leadership skills, have developed and scaled teams in previous roles, and have experience effectively partnering with a global set of stakeholders, and can support team high impact prioritization, and deliver results in a creative business within a truly dynamic, innovative, and rapidly moving environment. Most importantly, the leader needs to develop an inclusive, transparent, and people focused culture to draw bar-raising talent to foster Prime Video’s long-term success.


Key job responsibilities
• Develop cohesive vision, direction and culture of the teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels, and holding the teams accountable to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Partner closely with cross-functional partners to understand the business strategies, help build input-focused operating plans, and identify the right support structure to drive organizational success and improve the customer experience.
• Establish metrics and reporting structure to measure efficiency and quality of the labour force and tie operational inputs to business performance outputs.
• Develop and execute site-wide improvements in Operations, Quality, Productivity, Customer experience and People metrics.
• Develop mechanisms to communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholder teams - Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reviews and suggest device plan of action on the opportunities.
• Work closely with finance and internal team managers on tracking practices and reporting standards for internal customers.
• Support local site management, which include Free Trade Zone, Recruiting and Facilities management for this business.
• Communicate with senior management regarding risks or issues within our operational initiatives and business roadmaps, and support the development of solution-oriented action plans to mitigate these risks.
• Oversee the recruitment, training and development of the team managers and individual contributors, while fostering a culture of trust.


About the team
Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video DigiFlex Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video’s global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video (PV) is device agnostic, defect free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers. Therefore, the DigiFlex Operations organization plays an essential role at Prime Video, ensuring that the content that powers our vision to be the premier source of global entertainment, is complete and correct.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience managing global/regional teams (50+ employees) both virtually and on-site
• Experience managing operations and using data/metrics to help design strategies, identify and implement improvements.
• Fluent in English and Spanish language
• Extensive change management expertise.

• Demonstrate a strong track record of problem solving and solid analytical skill capability to look at and find solutions for a variety of operational challenges.
