Amazon Transcend 2024
Innovate, elevate, transform
In 2023 Amazon launched Transcend as part of our mission to encourage innovation and identify the business leaders of tomorrow. Transcend started as flagship intercollegiate program for students from four universities in UAE. In 2024 we’re expanding to Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Transcend encourages students to innovate, elevate, and transform on behalf of Amazon Operations in the region.
The Transcend challenge is open to third- and fourth-year students pursuing bachelor’s degrees at certain universities. Participating teams will get an opportunity to solve real challenges, improving customer experience and contributing to Amazon’s growth.
Transcend will be conducted in two stages. From time-crunched business problem-solving in the first phase to an exciting face-off between the top teams in the finale, the challenge will allow undergraduates to brainstorm, strategize, and present solutions.
The winning team will be offered an opportunity to participate in an accelerated internship recruitment process (in the same country where they’re studying). The top three teams will also receive Amazon prizes.
