Prime Video is seeking a Media Management Coordinator for our growing Live Sports Production Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and support for all workflows from ingest to playout. Responsibilities include the execution of all digital media procedures for acquisition, distribution, and archive.
The Coordinator will work alongside the Digital Media Manager, as well as engineering and technical operations teams. A successful candidate is customer obsessed (internal and external customers) and able to work through ambiguity. You will leverage project management skills and balance competing priorities and deadlines. This role requires vision, ability to deal with ambiguity, being curious about learning new possibilities and best practices, and is calm in a high-stakes environment that is constantly evolving.
Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate the daily workflow of all media assets to make sure they are efficiently ingested or delivered as required.
• Standardized metadata tagging and organization of assets within the Media Asset Management system.
• Coordinating traffic of media assets required for delivery to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and support the ingest and recording processes for all Prime Video Sports live events.
• Work closely with production teams and vendors to manage timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with Amazon Technical Operations and Production teams to ensure operational workflows by identifying problem areas and providing smart solutions.
• Learn new platforms as in-house media asset management tools expand.
About the team
Prime Video Sports is revolutionizing how customers enjoy live sports. We are expanding the breadth of live content including Thursday Night Football, and NBA, and the depth of the sports fan experience.
The technical operations team builds infrastructure for Amazon Prime Video – Live events. We create processes for efficient delivery of live broadcast with the ability to scale as needed. This is an amazing opportunity to build a service from the ground up.
QUALIFICAÇÕES BÁSICAS
- 3+ years of creative services experience
- 3+ years of entertainment, brand or production entity experience
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
- Experience working with stakeholders
QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERÍVEIS
- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
- 3+ years experience working in live sports or live broadcast operations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
