We're looking for someone who can take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, present ideas confidently to stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional teams to bring training products to life.

Key job responsibilities
• Create user-centric designs for AWS training platforms and certification processes
• Develop intuitive interfaces that enhance the learning experience for beginners and cloud professionals
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Prototype and iterate on solutions based on learner feedback and industry trends
• Identify opportunities to innovate in digital learning and skills assessment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with UX design of complex workflows

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
