Finance Operations (FinOps) is one of the largest captive Business Service organisations on Earth. FinOps delivers finance technology solutions, corporate facilities, procurement services and transactional finance to Amazon. We are international, spreading across 18 core countries in the Americas, Asia and Europe.

FinOps works intensively with all Amazon businesses, including Amazon Web Services, the international consumer business, Kindle, Amazon Air and more. We partner with internal businesses and external stakeholders, notably with Amazon's customers and vendors.

Our Operational Excellence teams improve processes, while the Technology organisation delivers sophisticated tools that enable Amazon to report our financial results in an accurate and timely manner, scale with the growth of business and drive efficiency gains. By doing all the above, FinOps reduces Amazon’s cost base and improves free cash flow, which ultimately enables Amazon to offer the best selection to our end customers.

Global Corporate Procurement is charged with procuring the indirect corporate goods and services required to run our company while promoting controllership across the indirect Procure-to-Pay cycle.  We partner with key internal customers in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality goods and services at the lowest Total Cost of Ownership.  We utilise creativity to find innovative strategic sourcing solutions to meet Amazon’s fast-paced growth and deliver tangible cost savings that enable lower costs to Amazon’s B2C and B2B customers.  Our global team is located in the USA, Europe, Latin America, Japan, China, Singapore and India.
