Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to work closely with strategic Data ISVs to become trusted advisors for our Customers' data strategies. The ISV Partner Sales Team accelerates ISV co-sell by providing business, technical, and Go-To-Market support. The Data ISV Partner Sales Manager owns the Data ISV partners co-sell responsibilities in Germany and Europe Central.

With the change GenAI is driving in the market, Data becomes even more crucial for organizations. Data must be reliable and usable in order for organizations to gain valuable business insights. This is your opportunity to become a trusted advisor and to drive change in harmonizing and democratizing data platforms.

You'll be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption. You possess industry knowledge, direct sales and ISV partner sales experience, and demonstrated proficiency scaling a business through a partner ecosystem. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.



Key job responsibilities

• Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of Data ISV engagements, and recommend qualified Data ISV partners to support customer needs by creating strategic plans for each sales segment. Become a trusted member of the sales team and own deal execution with partners, leveraging ISV partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.
• Expand existing AWS footprint and drive new customer engagements with Data ISVs. Be able to lead data strategy discussions with decision makers (internal and external incl. customers and partners). Ensure that AWS is the preferred cloud computing platform.
• Lead pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is complete and accurate.
• Hold reviews with Data ISV and AWS Account Management teams to identify best practices or lessons to be learned.
• Drive sales execution across activities, including lead generation and other joint sales activities between Data ISV partners and AWS field organizations.
• Drive and accelerate AWS revenue by working with key internal stakeholders. Work closely with Partner Sales Solution Architects (PSSA) to ensure partners deliver quality results and with ISV Partner Development Managers (PDM) on engaging their partners. Accelerate sales cycles and new solution development by leveraging AWS Partner programs.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

• 7+ years of Data technology related (partner) direct sales experience.
• Successful track record to achieving and exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
• Knowledgeable about leading market Data ISV solutions.
• Experience working with C-level decision makers.
• Experience working with technology vendors.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Existing network with ISV, GSI, SI, VAR community in Germany and Europe Central.
• Experience with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities.
• Excellent German verbal and written communication.
