I joined Amazon Brazil in 2020 as a technical product manager for sales partners. I hadn’t thought before about the complexity behind the Amazon website or what it means to offer a diverse selection with different types of delivery methods, payments, and inventory. Entering this field is an incredible opportunity for a product manager.
Lucas joined Amazon Brazil in 2021 as an account manager. After one year, he was promoted to senior account manager in a vendor acceleration program. He takes care of 10 strategic suppliers in Home & Garage, following the entire process from designing a customer growth scenario to creating promotional calendar and development actions, making purchases, working on catalog expansion, improving quality, and increasing visibility.
I joined Amazon in 2023 as the manager of the SSR-A (Self Service Registration Assisted) area, which is the area that supports small sellers in Brazil to grow their businesses on Amazon.
Each process is unique. Here are some of the ways we get to know you.
