Responsibilities vary by team.

  • Associate Contract Manager

    Associate contract managers manage the distribution of correspondence, the gathering of metrics, and the preparing of reports.

    The position can include delivering training on information management, budgeting and processing of legal fees and contract administration, and reviewing and negotiating various contracts with the guidance of team lawyers.

    An associate contract manager would have at least two years of experience.

  • Contract Manager

    A contract manager’s responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements (including nondisclosure agreements, advertising placement agreements, enterprise agreements, reseller contracts, services agreements, and other commercial contracts), updating and maintaining forms and fallback clauses, advising the business, handling day-to-day requests from both the business and outside parties, and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with business groups.

    A contract manager would have at least five years of experience.

  • Senior Contract Manager

    A senior contract manager’s duties would be similar to an associate contract manager and contract manager, but more specialized in nature and involved with the business.

    A senior contract manager would have at least seven years of experience.
