Associate Contracts Manager
Manages the distribution of correspondence, gathers metrics, and prepares reports. Often delivers training on information management; budgets and processes legal fees and contract administration; and reviews and negotiates contracts with the guidance of lawyers. Requires 2+ years of experience.
Contracts Manager
Reviews, drafts, and negotiates agreements; updates and maintains forms and fallback clauses; advises the business by handling day-to-day requests from the business and outside parties; and coordinates other legal and administrative matters with business groups. Requires 5+ years of experience.
Senior Contracts Manager
Duties are similar to an Associate Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager, but are more specialized and involved with the business. Requires 7+ years of experience.
