Candid Chats

The Candid Chats program gives you the option to meet informally with one of our affinity group allies or members during your interview process.

At Amazon we celebrate diversity as an important part of our business and our culture. We have 13 affinity groups, sometimes known as employee resource groups, which bring employees together across businesses and locations around the world.

With executive and company sponsorship, these groups play an important role in building internal networks for creating a community, advising business units, leading service projects, and reaching out to communities where Amazonians live and work. We encourage allies from all backgrounds to join the groups that interest them.

Overview

What is a Candid Chat?

A Candid Chat is an opportunity to meet one of our affinity group allies or members as part of your final interview stage. This is a great chance to learn more about life at Amazon and make a connection to our culture.

Why should I have a Candid Chat?

Changing companies or even relocating your life for a job can be overwhelming. While you’ll be able to ask your interviewers questions, we understand you might want to have more informal chats with current Amazonians and ask them about their experiences. Candid Chats gives you an opportunity to ask questions without losing interview time. Who knows, you may even make a new connection. We hope to chat with you soon!
